Establishing good relations with both candidates and clients is essential for us at SCS Search. Our extensive network makes us attractive to employers and enables us to offer interesting positions.
We aim to offer a very high level of service. One example of the services we offer our candidates is the possibility of having your own Career Coach. We also provide a personal follow-up of the candidate in his or her new position after three months and one year, respectively (in addition to the follow-up done in connection with the candidate’s interview with the employer).
As an added service to our clients, we go through their recruitment needs at least once a year. We also provide a personal follow-up three months after the new employee has taken up his or her position. Another example is our “Speaking Partner” concept, where we offer strategic advice and ideas on general Human Resource matters.
SCS Search has already gained a good reputation
We have so far completed a total of 380 recruitments whereas many have been recruitments within Life Science (pharmaceutical-, biotech- and medical device industry etc). Of all our assignments almost 65% have been conducted in Sweden, 25% in rest of the Nordic Countries and the remaining 10% in other parts of the world such as USA, UK, Germany and Italy.
